Project Information
A relaxed way of life in the stately green surroundings of Nymphenburg
The townhouses on Sadelerstrasse reinterpret the classic pitched-roof architecture characteristic of the surrounding neighbourhood. By rotating the roof ridge and structuring the building volume through angled façade surfaces, the architecture creates a distinctive and contemporary composition.
As a result, the townhouses blend harmoniously into their surroundings while standing out through their modern and unique architectural language. This iconic design expresses an individual, exceptionally high-quality and sustainable way of life, offering a contemporary interpretation of urban living.
Understated architecture with an iconic interpretation
With its distinctive appearance, the project on Sadelerstrasse integrates seamlessly into the green surroundings of Nymphenburg. The natural look and feel of the façade reinforce the impression of a fluid transition between the homes and their environment.
Features
Large floor-to-ceiling windows give the new-build homes a uniquely modern appearance, framed by spacious terraces and beautiful gardens. The generous terraces extend across the full width of each townhouse. The individually divided plots and their green outdoor areas create private outdoor retreats for relaxation.
