Property types we consider

Land

The HWN Group applies clear criteria when assessing potential land acquisitions.

We consider both serviced and unserviced plots, with or without existing buildings. We also review plots with or without existing planning permission.

Residential properties

The HWN Group places particular emphasis on high-quality residential properties. Our focus is on existing properties distinguished by their quality, character and history.

We are also interested in existing mixed-use properties, as they offer a broad range of potential uses and enhance the character of urban spaces.

In addition, we are also interested in residential complexes with the potential to create attractive living environments for different resident groups that have the potential to create living spaces for a wide variety of resident groups.

Our acquisition criteria

Excellent access to public transport and major transport routes is essential. A well-developed local infrastructure – including retail, restaurants and educational facilities – is essential. Our focus: Munich and its metropolitan area.

For an efficient review, we require: full address, owner details, including authorised decision-makers, a true-to-scale cadastral map, and land registry status.

Information on easements, utilities (gas, water, electricity, district heating), the General Land Use Plan (FNP), and, if applicable, the zoning plan is essential.

Information on any contaminated sites and your asking price complete the documentation. Transparent details help accelerate the review process.

Our investment volume extends up to €50 million, allowing us to assess a broad range of acquisition opportunities.

When purchasing, we typically favor an asset deal, though a share deal may also be considered.
