Some neighbourhoods carry a reputation that extends far beyond their streets. Their names evoke a refined way of life, distinguished addresses, notable residents and a sense of history. In Munich, this applies above all to Bogenhausen – and in a special way also to Denning, which adds a quieter, greener facet to the character of the district. East of the Isar and north of Prinzregentenstraße, the qualities of this sought-after location become clear: generous plots, stately homes and discreet seclusion, combined with urban diversity, culture, shops, restaurants, parks and green spaces within easy reach.

Classic villa-inspired architecture in a private park setting
In the established neighbourhood of Pachmayrplatz, one of Bogenhausen’s largest green spaces, HWN is realising an ambitious project: the residences on Höslstraße form a harmonious ensemble of classically inspired villa architecture set within park-like grounds.
The nine garden apartments feature private terraces and garden areas. Two terrace apartments are planned for each of the first upper floors. The top floors, designed as staggered storeys, are reserved for spacious penthouses with wraparound terraces.
Three buildings, 18 apartments — each with its own character, designed for an elevated urban lifestyle.
Features
18 unique apartments: each of the three buildings — and each of the six residences within them — is defined by individual qualities and carefully considered floor plans.
Both the garden apartments and the penthouses offer additional space on the basement level, ideal for hobby rooms, storage or utility areas.
All floors are accessible via lift, and in the penthouses, the lift access is directly within the apartment. Designed with long-term comfort in mind, the homes offer accessibility and convenience for every stage of life.

In Bogenhausen-Denning, Munich shows its more relaxed side: plenty of green spaces, a pleasant sense of tranquillity and, at the same time, easy access to the city centre. Residents benefit from proximity to nature and fast connections to the city centre — precisely the combination that makes this part of Bogenhausen so attractive. The River Isar marks not so much a boundary as the transition between a retreat into the countryside and urban dynamism.
