The ideals of the Gründerzeit era
Maison N°4 is being built according to plans by the renowned Munich architecture firm Landau + Kindelbacher Architekten, integrating itself with effortless elegance into its distinguished neighbourhood. Fine proportions, stylish details and valuable materials define a building of classical beauty.
Whether bel étage, opera apartment or penthouse, each of the seven residences is characterised by uncompromising design and construction quality. The Gründerzeit-inspired floor plans combine generously open living areas with luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms designed for refined comfort. Terraces, loggias and a panoramic roof terrace create individual private outdoor spaces.
The city residences at Maison N°4: a private stage for high culture
Personal preferences sometimes call for personal spaces. A city residence, for example, close to theatres and opera houses, concert halls and museums. How much more beautiful it is to return, uplifted and inspired after such an evening, to a second home. To a place that does not cater to the taste of many, but corresponds entirely to one’s own sense of aesthetics.
The penthouse at Maison N°4: panoramic views across two levels
Entering this residence feels like looking out over a landscape. Every square metre breathes natural harmony and composed grandeur. The Gründerzeit understanding of a lived symbiosis between outside and inside, privacy and representation becomes physically tangible here. A recurring moment of style, confidence and self-assurance.
Features
The architectural concept by the award-winning practice is completed by an interior design concept of equal quality, encompassing both the individual apartments and the communal areas. The representative foyer, the two-level underground garage and all outdoor spaces reflect the exceptional standards of the project.
Living by the Maximiliansanlagen in
one of Munich’s dream locations
In one of Munich’s most beautiful streets, Maria-Theresia-Straße in Bogenhausen, we translate the spirit of the Gründerzeit era into classically elegant architecture. Even among Munich’s most distinguished addresses, Maria-Theresia-Straße holds a special position. It has house numbers on only one side, as its western edge borders directly on the Maximiliansanlagen. Here, residents live in the heart of the city while looking not at buildings opposite, but at squirrels and songbirds in the trees.
